第十四条の三十四（特定事由に係る申出等の特例により旧保険料免除期間とみなされた期間等を有した者に対する旧法による通算老齢年金等の失権の特例）
Article 14-34Special Provisions on Loss of the Right to Receive the Aggregated Old-Age Pension under the Former Act, etc., for Persons Who Have a Period Deemed a Former Premium Exemption Period, etc. through Special Provisions on Requests, etc. for Specified Reasons
The right to receive the aggregated old-age pension under the former Act is extinguished when the person entitled to receive it acquires the right to receive the old-age pension under the former Act under the provisions of Article 14-30, Article 14-31 or Article 14-32, paragraph (1).
旧法による通算老齢年金の受給権は、その受給権者が第十四条の三十、第十四条の三十一又は第十四条の三十二第一項の規定による旧法による老齢年金の受給権を取得したときは、消滅する。
The rights to receive the old-age pension under the provisions of Article 79-2, paragraph (1) of the former Act and the old-age pension under the former Act paid by reason of falling under the provisions of Article 9-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Act are extinguished when the person entitled to receive them acquires the right to receive the old-age pension under the former Act under the provisions of Article 14-30 or Article 14-31.
