第三条（暫定措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Interim Measures
法第八条第八号及び第十四号の事業のうち常時五人未満の労働者を使用するものに係る新規則第二十五条の二の規定の適用については、平成七年三月三十一日までの間は、同条中「四十六時間」とあるのは「四十八時間」とする。
With respect to the application of the provisions of Article 25-2 of the new Rules to the businesses set forth in Article 8, items (viii) and (xiv) of the Act that regularly employ fewer than five workers, until March 31, 1995, the term "46 hours" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "48 hours".
