附 則
Supplementary Provisions
この省令は、昭和二十七年九月一日から施行する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of September 1, 1952.
労働基準法の一部を改正する法律（昭和二十七年法律第二百八十七号）附則第四項第四号及び第五号の比率は、告示で定める。
The ratios referred to in paragraph (4), items (iv) and (v) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Labor Standards Act (Act No. 287 of 1952) are specified by public notice.
