第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この中央省庁等改革推進本部令（以下「本部令」という。）は、内閣法の一部を改正する法律（平成十一年法律第八十八号）の施行の日（平成十三年一月六日）から施行する。
This Order of the Headquarters for the Promotion of Reform of Central Government Ministries and Agencies (hereinafter referred to as the "Headquarters Order") comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Cabinet Act (Act No. 88 of 1999) comes into effect (January 6, 2001).
第二条（この本部令の効力）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Effect of This Headquarters Ordinance
この本部令は、その施行の日に、中央省庁等改革のための厚生労働省組織関係命令の整備に関する命令（平成十三年厚生労働省令第二号）となるものとする。
This Headquarters Order is to become, as of the date on which it comes into effect, the Order on the Arrangement of Orders Related to the Organization of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for the Reform of Central Government Ministries and Agencies (Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 2 of 2001).
