附 則
Supplementary Provisions
この省令は、令和三年四月一日から施行する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 2021.
この省令の施行の際現にこの省令による改正前のそれぞれの省令（次項において「旧省令」という。）の規定によりされている許可若しくは認定の申請、届出又は報告は、この省令による改正後のそれぞれの省令の規定による許可若しくは認定の申請、届出又は報告とみなす。
An application for permission or accreditation, a notification or a report that has actually been made, at the time this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, pursuant to the provisions of the respective Ministerial Ordinances prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance (referred to as the "former Ministerial Ordinances" in the following paragraph) is deemed to be an application for permission or accreditation, a notification or a report under the provisions of the respective Ministerial Ordinances as amended by this Ministerial Ordinance.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧省令に定める様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
Paper forms in accordance with the Forms prescribed in the former Ministerial Ordinances that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
