This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Tateoka Labor Standards Office and the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Mishima Labor Standards Office apply as of November 1, 1954, the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Kinomoto Labor Standards Office applies as of November 3, 1954, the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Ujiyamada Labor Standards Office applies as of January 1, 1955, and the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Sanbongi Labor Standards Office applies as of February 1, 1955, respectively.

The areas of Oaza Shobu, Yazawa, Yanagawa and Mikurube, Nishihadano Town, Naka District, Kanagawa Prefecture, which had been made the jurisdictional district of the Odawara Labor Standards Office pursuant to the provisions of the proviso to paragraph (1) of the Special Provisions on Jurisdictional Districts Accompanying Changes in Administrative Divisions, etc. in Appended Table 3, the areas of Oaza Araya and Oehongo, Kawamoto Town, Ochi District, Shimane Prefecture, which had been made the jurisdictional district of the Izumo Labor Standards Office, and the areas of Oaza Hokezu, Fukaura and Shiroura, Yoshida Town, Kitauwa District, Ehime Prefecture, which had been made the jurisdictional district of the Yawatahama Labor Standards Office, are to be the jurisdictional districts of the Hiratsuka Labor Standards Office, the Hamada Labor Standards Office and the Uwajima Labor Standards Office, respectively, as of the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect.
