第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
第二条（経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
この省令による改正前のそれぞれの省令で定める様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）により使用されている書類は、この省令による改正後のそれぞれの省令で定める様式によるものとみなす。
Documents in use in accordance with the Forms prescribed in the respective Ministerial Ordinances prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance (referred to as the "former Forms" in the following paragraph) are deemed to be documents in accordance with the Forms prescribed in the respective Ministerial Ordinances as amended by this Ministerial Ordinance.
旧様式による用紙については、合理的に必要と認められる範囲内で、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
Paper forms in accordance with the former Forms may, to the extent found to be reasonably necessary, be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
