第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この省令は、昭和六十二年四月一日から施行する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 1987.
第五条（労働基準法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act
この省令による改正後の労働基準法施行規則第三十七条の二の規定は、施行日以後に労働者が同条各号のいずれかに該当する場合について適用する。
The provisions of Article 37-2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance apply in the case where a worker falls under any of the items of that Article on or after the effective date.
休業補償の額の改訂に係る施行日前における事業場の規模については、なお従前の例による。
With respect to the size of a workplace before the effective date for the purpose of revising the amount of compensation for absence from work, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
