附 則
Supplementary Provisions
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、三本松労働基準監督署に関する改正規定中位置に関する部分は、昭和三十年三月十五日から適用する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the part concerning the location in the amended provisions concerning the Sanbonmatsu Labor Standards Office applies as of March 15, 1955.
別表第三中行政区画等の変更に伴う管轄区域の特例第一項ただし書の規定により姫路労働基準監督署の管轄区域とされていた兵庫県佐用郡南光町の内船越、河崎、上三河、中三河、下三河、西下野、漆野の区域は、この省令施行の日から、相生労働基準監督署の管轄区域とする。
The areas of Funakoshi, Kawasaki, Kamimikawa, Nakamikawa, Shimomikawa, Nishishimono and Urushino within Nanko Town, Sayo District, Hyogo Prefecture, which had been made the jurisdictional district of the Himeji Labor Standards Office pursuant to the provisions of the proviso to paragraph (1) of the Special Provisions on Jurisdictional Districts Accompanying Changes in Administrative Divisions, etc. in Appended Table 3, are to be the jurisdictional district of the Aioi Labor Standards Office as of the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect.
