附 則
Supplementary Provisions
この省令は昭和五十七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、千葉の部の管轄区域の欄に係る改正規定及び福岡の部福岡の項管轄区域の欄に係る改正規定（宗像市に係る部分に限る。）は、公布の日から施行する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 1982; provided, however, that the amending provisions pertaining to the column for the jurisdictional district in the Chiba section and the amending provisions pertaining to the column for the jurisdictional district in the Fukuoka row of the Fukuoka section (limited to the part pertaining to Munakata City) come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令の施行前に労働基準監督署長に対して行われた許可、認可、認定その他の処分の申請、届出、報告その他の手続又は労働基準監督署長が行つた許可、認可、認定その他の処分等は、改正後の労働基準法施行規則の規定により当該事務を取り扱うこととされた労働基準監督署長に対して行われ、又はその労働基準監督署長が行つたものとみなす。
An application for permission, approval, recognition or any other disposition, a notification, a report or any other procedure that was made to the Director of a Labor Standards Office before this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, or a permission, approval, recognition or any other disposition, etc. that was made by the Director of a Labor Standards Office, is deemed to have been made to the Director of the Labor Standards Office who is to handle the relevant affairs pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment, or to have been made by that Director.
