Supplementary Provisions, Article 66, paragraph (1)
一般乗用旅客自動車運送事業（道路運送法（昭和二十六年法律第百八十三号）第三条第一号ハの一般乗用旅客自動車運送事業をいう。以下この条及び第六十九条第二項において同じ。）における四輪以上の自動車（一般乗用旅客自動車運送事業の用に供せられる自動車であつて、当該自動車による運送の引受けが営業所のみにおいて行われるものを除く。）の運転の業務に従事する労働者であつて、次の各号のいずれにも該当する業務に従事するものについての法第三十二条の四第三項の厚生労働省令で定める一日の労働時間の限度は、第十二条の四第四項の規定にかかわらず、当分の間、十六時間とする。
With respect to workers who engage in the work of driving automobiles with four or more wheels (excluding automobiles used for general passenger vehicle transportation business for which the acceptance of transportation by that automobile is conducted only at business offices) in general passenger vehicle transportation business (meaning the general passenger vehicle transportation business referred to in (c) of item (i) of Article 3 of the Road Transport Act (Act No. 183 of 1951); the same applies hereinafter in this Article and paragraph (2) of Article 69) and who engage in work falling under all of the following items, the limit on working hours per day specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in paragraph (3) of Article 32-4 of the Act is to be 16 hours for the time being, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (4) of Article 12-4.
当該業務に従事する労働者の労働時間（法第三十三条又は第三十六条第一項の規定により使用者が労働時間を延長した場合においては当該労働時間を、休日に労働させた場合においては当該休日に労働させた時間を含む。以下この号において同じ。）の終了から次の労働時間の開始までの期間が継続して二十二時間以上ある業務であること。
Work in which the period from the end of the working hours of the workers engaged in that work (including, in the case where the employer has extended working hours under the provisions of Article 33 or paragraph (1) of Article 36 of the Act, those working hours, and, in the case where the employer has had the workers work on days off, the hours worked on those days off; the same applies hereinafter in this item) to the start of the next working hours is 22 hours or more consecutively.
始業及び終業の時刻が同一の日に属しない業務であること。
Work in which the starting time and the ending time of work do not fall on the same day.
