With respect to workers at a workplace located in an area designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as an area where the degree of snow accumulation is markedly high, who engage in a business designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as a business that is compelled to reduce its business activities in that area in winter, and who engage in work designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as work that needs to be performed outdoors and in which, due to the nature of the work, it is difficult for workers to engage in winter, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (4) of Article 12-4, for the time being, the limit on working hours per day specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in paragraph (3) of Article 32-4 of the Act is to be 10 hours, and the limit on working hours per week is to be 52 hours.
