第六十五条
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 12-4, paragraph (4), until otherwise provided for by law, if the worker is employed at a place of business located in a region designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as one with significantly high snow accumulation; is employed in a job designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as entailing job-related activities that must be curtailed during the winter in such a region; and is engaged in duties designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as being difficult for workers to engage in during the winter because the nature of those duties requires the worker to work out-of-doors; the reference, in Article 32-4, paragraph (3) of the Act, to a daily-working-hour limit specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare means 10 hours, and the reference in that paragraph to a weekly-working-hour limit so specified means 52 hours.
積雪の度が著しく高い地域として厚生労働大臣が指定する地域に所在する事業場において、冬期に当該地域における事業活動の縮小を余儀なくされる事業として厚生労働大臣が指定する事業に従事する労働者であつて、屋外で作業を行う必要がある業務であつて業務の性質上冬期に労働者が従事することが困難であるものとして厚生労働大臣が指定する業務に従事するものについては、第十二条の四第四項の規定にかかわらず、当分の間、法第三十二条の四第三項の厚生労働省令で定める一日の労働時間の限度は十時間とし、一週間の労働時間の限度は五十二時間とする。
