指定資金移動業者は、次のいずれかに該当するときは、遅滞なく、その旨を厚生労働大臣に届け出なければならない。
When a designated funds transfer service provider falls under any of the following, it must notify the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare to that effect without delay.
指定を辞退しようとするとき。
When it intends to decline the designation
資金決済法第六十一条第一項の規定による届出をしたとき。
When it has given the notification under the provisions of Article 61, paragraph (1) of the Payment Services Act
When a designated funds transfer service provider has declined the designation, that designation ceases to be effective.
When a designated funds transfer service provider intends to decline the designation, it must, no later than 30 days before that day, give public notice to that effect and post a notice to that effect in a place readily visible to the public at all of its business offices.
When a designated funds transfer service provider has given public notice under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it must immediately notify the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare to that effect.
