With respect to a business that regularly employs 300 or fewer workers, the number of days specified by order in consideration of the ratio between the number of days specified by order as the number of prescribed working days per week of an ordinary worker referred to in Article 39, paragraph (3) of the Labor Standards Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the number of prescribed working days per week or the average number of prescribed working days per week of the worker concerned is, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 24-3, paragraph (3) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment (hereinafter referred to as "the new Rules"), until March 31, 1991, the number of days specified for each category of years of continuous service in the right-hand column of the following table, in accordance with the category of the number of prescribed working days per week in the left-hand column of that table for a worker set forth in Article 39, paragraph (3), item (i) of the Act, and in accordance with the category of the number of prescribed working days for one year in the middle column of that table for a worker set forth in item (ii) of that paragraph.

With respect to a business that regularly employs 300 or fewer workers, the number of days specified by order in consideration of the ratio between the number of days specified by order as the number of prescribed working days per week of an ordinary worker referred to in Article 39, paragraph (3) of the Act and the number of prescribed working days per week or the average number of prescribed working days per week of the worker concerned is, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 24-3, paragraph (3) of the new Rules, during the period from April 1, 1991 to March 31, 1994, the number of days specified for each category of years of continuous service in the right-hand column of the following table, in accordance with the category of the number of prescribed working days per week in the left-hand column of that table for a worker referred to in Article 39, paragraph (3), item (i) of the Act, and in accordance with the category of the number of prescribed working days for one year in the middle column of that table for a worker set forth in item (ii) of that paragraph.
