With respect to an agreement under Article 36 of the Labor Standards Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") that was concluded before the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date") (excluding an agreement for which an agreement to renew that agreement is concluded on or after the effective date; the same applies in the following paragraph), the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment do not apply.
