厚生労働大臣は、賃金の支払に関する業務の適正かつ確実な実施を確保するために必要があると認めるときは、指定資金移動業者に対し、賃金の支払に関する業務の実施状況及び財務状況に関し報告を求め、又は必要な措置を求めることができる。
When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare finds it necessary in order to ensure the proper and reliable implementation of the operations concerning the payment of wages, the Minister may request a designated funds transfer service provider to report on the status of implementation of its operations concerning the payment of wages and on its financial condition, or request it to take necessary measures.
