指定資金移動業者は、第七条の二第一項第三号イからチまでに掲げる要件に係る事項のいずれかを変更するときは、あらかじめ、その旨を厚生労働大臣に届け出なければならない。
When a designated funds transfer service provider changes any of the matters pertaining to the requirements set forth in Article 7-2, paragraph (1), item (iii), (a) through (h), it must notify the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare to that effect in advance.
指定資金移動業者は、資金決済法第四十一条第一項の規定による変更登録又は同条第三項若しくは第四項の規定による変更の届出を行つたときは、遅滞なく、その旨を厚生労働大臣に届け出なければならない。
