使用者は、労働者の貯蓄金をその委託を受けて管理しようとする場合において、貯蓄金の管理が労働者の預金の受入れであるときは、法第十八条第二項の協定には、次の各号に掲げる事項を定めなければならない。
If an employer intends to take charge of workers savings entrusted to the employer by workers, and in the event that the savings kept in custody constitute a deposit accepted, the employer shall fix, in an agreement provided in paragraph (2) of Article 18 of the Act, the following matters:
