法第三十三条第一項本文の規定による許可は、所轄労働基準監督署長から受け、同条同項但書の規定による届出は、所轄労働基準監督署長にしなければならない。
A permission under the provisions of the main clause of paragraph (1) of Article 33 of the Act must be obtained from the Director of the Labor Standards Office Concerned, and a notification under the proviso of the same paragraph of the same Article shall be submitted to the Director of the Labor Standards Office Concerned.
The permission or the notification referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be made pursuit to Form No. 6.
