Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この省令は、令和四年四月一日から施行し、第四条中労働者災害補償保険特別支給金支給規則附則第七項の改正規定及び第五条中労働者災害補償保険特別支給金支給規則の一部を改正する省令附則第六条第一項の改正規定は、令和二年九月一日から適用し、第五条中同令附則第六条第五項の改正規定は、平成九年四月一日から適用する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 2022; the provisions of Article 4 amending paragraph (7) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance on the Payment of Special Benefits for Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance and the provisions of Article 5 amending Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ministerial Ordinance Partially Amending the Ordinance on the Payment of Special Benefits for Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance apply as of September 1, 2020; and the provisions of Article 5 amending Article 6, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ministerial Ordinance apply as of April 1, 1997.
