①This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the part concerning the location in the amended provisions concerning the Sanbonmatsu Labor Standards Office applies as of March 15, 1955.

②The areas of Funakoshi, Kawasaki, Kamimikawa, Nakamikawa, Shimomikawa, Nishishimono and Urushino within Nanko Town, Sayo District, Hyogo Prefecture, which had been made the jurisdictional district of the Himeji Labor Standards Office pursuant to the provisions of the proviso to paragraph (1) of the Special Provisions on Jurisdictional Districts Accompanying Changes in Administrative Divisions, etc. in Appended Table 3, are to be the jurisdictional district of the Aioi Labor Standards Office as of the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect.
