法第二十五条に規定する非常の場合は、次に掲げるものとする。
The emergencies set forth in the provisions of Article 25 of the Act shall be listed as follows:
労働者の収入によつて生計を維持する者が出産し、疾病にかかり、又は災害をうけた場合
When a person living on a worker's income gives birth to a child, suffers from illness, or meets disaster
労働者又はその収入によつて生計を維持する者が結婚し、又は死亡した場合
When a worker or a person living on the worker's income marries or dies
労働者又はその収入によつて生計を維持する者がやむを得ない事由により一週間以上にわたつて帰郷する場合
When a worker or a person living on the worker's income is forced to return home for a week or more for an unavoidable reason
