第十九条の十（住居地以外の記載事項の変更届出）
Article 19-10Notification of Change of an Entry Other than the Place of Residence
中長期在留者は、第十九条の四第一項第一号に掲げる事項に変更を生じたときは、その変更を生じた日から十四日以内に、法務省令で定める手続により、出入国在留管理庁長官に対し、変更の届出をしなければならない。
The mid- to long-term resident must notify the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency of the change in accordance with the procedures provided for in Ministry of Justice Order if a change has occurred in the particulars set forth in Article 19-4, paragraph (1), item (i), within 14 days of the date of the occurrence of the change.
Where the notification set forth in the preceding paragraph has been filed, the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency is to have an immigration inspector issue a new residence card to the mid- to long-term resident.
