附 則
Supplementary Provisions
この法律は、昭和五十七年十月一日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of October 1, 1982.
この法律の施行前にした行為及び附則第三項、第五項又は第六項の規定により従前の例によることとされる登録原票の記載が事実に合つているかどうかの確認、指紋の押なつ又は登録証明書の受領に係るこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect, and to acts committed after this Act comes into effect in relation to the confirmation of whether the entries in the original registration record are consistent with the facts, fingerprinting or the receipt of a registration certificate for which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3), (5) or (6) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
