会社が吸収合併をしたときは、その効力が生じた日から二週間以内に、その本店の所在地において、吸収合併により消滅する会社については解散の登記をし、吸収合併後存続する会社については変更の登記をしなければならない。
When a company effects an absorption-type merger, the registration of dissolution must be completed with regard to the company that disappears in the absorption-type merger and the registration of a change must be completed with regard to the company surviving the absorption-type merger, at the location of the head office, within two weeks from the day on which the absorption-type merger became effective.
