第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、平成二十八年四月一日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2016.
第九十六条（会社法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 96Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Companies Act
前条の規定による改正後の会社法（以下この条において「新会社法」という。）第九百四十三条の規定の適用については、旧農協法第九十二条第五項（附則第十条の規定によりなおその効力を有することとされる場合を含む。）において準用する前条の規定による改正前の会社法第九百五十五条第一項の規定に違反し、刑に処せられた者は、新農協法第九十七条の四第五項において準用する新会社法第九百五十五条第一項の規定に違反し、刑に処せられたものとみなす。
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 943 of the Companies Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (hereinafter referred to as "the new Companies Act" in this Article), a person who has been sentenced to a punishment for violating the provisions of Article 955, paragraph (1) of the Companies Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 92, paragraph (5) of the former Agricultural Cooperatives Act (including when it remains in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions) is deemed to have been sentenced to a punishment for violating the provisions of Article 955, paragraph (1) of the new Companies Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 97-4, paragraph (5) of the new Agricultural Cooperatives Act.
第百十四条（罰則に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 114Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
この法律の施行前にした行為並びにこの附則の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合及びこの附則の規定によりなおその効力を有することとされる場合におけるこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect and to acts committed after this Act comes into effect in the cases where the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of these Supplementary Provisions and in the cases where provisions remain in force pursuant to the provisions of these Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
