第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding two years from the date of promulgation.
第七十一条（会社法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 71Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Companies Act
前条の規定による改正後の会社法第九百四十三条の規定の適用については、旧水協法第百二十一条第五項において準用する会社法第九百五十五条第一項の規定に違反し、刑に処せられた者は、新水協法第百二十六条の四第五項において準用する会社法第九百五十五条第一項の規定に違反し、刑に処せられたものとみなす。
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 943 of the Companies Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article, a person who has been sentenced to a punishment for violating the provisions of Article 955, paragraph (1) of the Companies Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 121, paragraph (5) of the former Fisheries Cooperatives Act is deemed to have been sentenced to a punishment for violating the provisions of Article 955, paragraph (1) of the Companies Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 126-4, paragraph (5) of the new Fisheries Cooperatives Act.
