When there is a change to the matters set forth in the items of Article 911, paragraph (3) or in the items of the preceding three Articles with regard to a company, the registration of the change must be completed at the location of the head office within two weeks.
前項の規定にかかわらず、第百九十九条第一項第四号の期間を定めた場合における株式の発行による変更の登記は、当該期間の末日現在により、当該末日から二週間以内にすれば足りる。
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the period referred to in Article 199, paragraph (1), item (iv) has been prescribed, it is sufficient to complete the registration of a change resulting from a share issue within two weeks from the last day of that period.
第一項の規定にかかわらず、次に掲げる事由による変更の登記は、毎月末日現在により、当該末日から二週間以内にすれば足りる。
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1), it is sufficient to complete the registration of a change based on any one of the following grounds within two weeks from the last day of each month:
新株予約権の行使
exercise of share options; or
第百六十六条第一項の規定による請求（株式の内容として第百七条第二項第二号ハ若しくはニ又は第百八条第二項第五号ロに掲げる事項についての定めがある場合に限る。）
the demand under the provisions of Article 166, paragraph (1) (limited to cases where the matters set forth in Article 107, paragraph (2), item (ii), (c) or (d) or Article 108, paragraph (2), item (v), (b) are provided for as the features of shares).
