A person pledging bonds may request the bond-issuing company to enter or record the following information in the bond register:
質権者の氏名又は名称及び住所
the name and address of the pledgee;
前項の規定は、社債券を発行する旨の定めがある場合には、適用しない。
The provisions of the preceding paragraph do not apply if there are provisions to the effect that bond certificates will be issued.
