債権者集会は、特別清算の実行上必要がある場合には、いつでも、招集することができる。
Creditors meetings may be convened whenever it is required to implement special liquidation.
A creditors meeting is convened by the liquidating stock company, except if convened pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3) of the following Article.
