第二百七十条（新株予約権原簿の記載事項を記載した書面の交付等）
Article 270Delivery of Documents Showing Information That Has Been Entered in the Share Option Register
前条第一項各号に掲げる事項が新株予約権原簿に記載され、又は記録された質権者（以下「登録新株予約権質権者」という。）は、株式会社に対し、当該登録新株予約権質権者についての新株予約権原簿に記載され、若しくは記録された同項各号に掲げる事項を記載した書面の交付又は当該事項を記録した電磁的記録の提供を請求することができる。
A pledgee whose information as set forth in the items of the preceding Article has been entered or recorded in the share option register (hereinafter referred to as a "registered pledgee of share options") may file a request with the stock company to be issued a document showing the information set forth in the items of that paragraph which has been entered or recorded in the share option register with respect to the registered pledgee of share options, or to be provided with the electronic or magnetic record in which that information has been recorded.
前項の書面には、株式会社の代表取締役（指名委員会等設置会社にあっては、代表執行役。次項において同じ。）が署名し、又は記名押印しなければならない。
The documents referred to in the preceding paragraph must be affixed with the signature, or name and seal, of the representative director of the stock company (the representative executive officer for a company with nominating committee, etc.; the same applies in the following paragraph).
With respect to the electronic or magnetic record referred to in paragraph (1), the representative director of the stock company must implement measures in lieu of the affixation of signature, or name and seal prescribed by Ministry of Justice Order.
前三項の規定は、証券発行新株予約権及び証券発行新株予約権付社債に付された新株予約権については、適用しない。
The provisions of the preceding three paragraphs do not apply to share options for which certificates are issued or share options attached to a bonds with share options for which a certificate is issued.
