第七条（法附則第八条の三の規定により読み替えられた法第百六十条第三項第三号の政令で定める額）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Amount Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 160, Paragraph (3), Item (iii) of the Act as Deemed to Be Replaced Pursuant to Article 8-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act
The amount specified by Cabinet Order referred to in Article 160, paragraph (3), item (iii) of the Act as deemed to be replaced pursuant to the provisions of Article 8-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act is to be the amount determined by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare in consultation with the Minister of Finance, as the amount to be applied to the amount of expenses required for the repayment of short-term borrowings under the provisions of Article 7-31 of the Act for each business year from fiscal 2010 through fiscal 2012, on the basis of the amount specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, such as the scheduled amount of refinancing of short-term borrowings under the provisions of the proviso to paragraph (2) of that Article as at the end of the business year preceding each such business year, and taking into consideration the financial situation of the health insurance administered by JHIA, the period from the first day of each such business year until March 31, 2013, and other matters.
法附則第八条の三の規定により読み替えられた法第百六十条第三項第三号の政令で定める額は、平成二十二年度から平成二十四年度までの各事業年度ごとに法第七条の三十一の規定による短期借入金の償還に要する費用の額に充てるべき額として、当該各事業年度の前事業年度末における同条第二項ただし書の規定による短期借入金の借換えの予定額その他の厚生労働省令で定める額を基礎として、協会が管掌する健康保険の財政状況、当該各事業年度の初日から平成二十五年三月三十一日までの期間等を勘案して、厚生労働大臣が財務大臣と協議して定める額とする。
