附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Health Insurance Act, etc. (March 1, 1981); provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1 adding six Articles and one Chapter after Article 74 of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act (excluding the portion pertaining to Article 78 and Chapter IV of that Order), the provisions of Article 3 adding four Articles after Article 3-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the Mariners Insurance Act (excluding the portion pertaining to Article 3-2-2 of that Order) and the provisions adding two Articles after Article 4-6 of that Order, the provisions of Article 4 adding four Articles after Article 11-3-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act (excluding the portion pertaining to Article 11-3-3 of that Order), the provisions of Article 5 adding three Articles before Article 1-2-5 of the Order for Enforcement of the Public Corporation Employees, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act and the provisions amending Article 4-8, paragraph (2) of that Order, the provisions of Article 6 adding four Articles after Article 23-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (excluding the portion pertaining to Article 23-3 of that Order), and the provisions of Article 7 (excluding the provisions amending Article 10-5 of the Order for Enforcement of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act) come into effect on April 1 of that year.
この政令は、健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（昭和五十六年三月一日）から施行する。ただし、第一条中健康保険法施行令第七十四条の次に六条及び一章を加える改正規定（同令第七十八条及び第四章に係る部分を除く。）、第三条中船員保険法施行令第三条の二の次に四条を加える改正規定（同令第三条の二の二に係る部分を除く。）及び同令第四条の六の次に二条を加える改正規定、第四条中国家公務員共済組合法施行令第十一条の三の二の次に四条を加える改正規定（同令第十一条の三の三に係る部分を除く。）、第五条中公共企業体職員等共済組合法施行令第一条の二の五の前に三条を加える改正規定及び同令第四条の八第二項の改正規定、第六条中地方公務員等共済組合法施行令第二十三条の二の次に四条を加える改正規定（同令第二十三条の三に係る部分を除く。）並びに第七条の規定（私立学校教職員共済組合法施行令第十条の五の改正規定を除く。）は、同年四月一日から施行する。
