Chapter IV Laws and Regulations on Which Childcare Leave Is Based
Article 33-2
The laws and regulations specified by Cabinet Order as referred to in Article 43-2, paragraph (1) of the Act are as follows:
法第四十三条の二第一項の政令で定める法令は、次のとおりとする。
the Act on Childcare Leave, etc. of Diet Officers (Act No. 108 of 1991);
国会職員の育児休業等に関する法律（平成三年法律第百八号）
the Act on Childcare Leave, etc. of National Public Officers (Act No. 109 of 1991) (including where applied mutatis mutandis under the Act on Temporary Measures concerning Court Officials (Act No. 299 of 1951) (limited to the portion pertaining to item (vii) of that Act));
国家公務員の育児休業等に関する法律（平成三年法律第百九号）（裁判所職員臨時措置法（昭和二十六年法律第二百九十九号）（第七号に係る部分に限る。）において準用する場合を含む。）
the Act on Childcare Leave, etc. of Local Public Officers (Act No. 110 of 1991).
