第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on January 1, 2009.
この政令は、平成二十一年一月一日から施行する。
第二条（健康保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act
With regard to the amount of the lump-sum allowance for childbirth and childcare or the lump-sum allowance for dependent's childbirth and childcare under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act for an insured person, a specially-insured day laborer, a person who was either of them, or a dependent who gave birth before the day of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に出産した被保険者若しくは日雇特例被保険者若しくはこれらの者であった者又は被扶養者に係る健康保険法の規定による出産育児一時金又は家族出産育児一時金の額については、なお従前の例による。
