第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。
第三条（健康保険法施行令及び船員保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act and the Order for Enforcement of the Mariners Insurance Act
The provisions of Article 42, paragraph (2), item (iv) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act and Article 10, paragraph (2), item (iv) of the Order for Enforcement of the Mariners Insurance Act, as amended by the provisions of Article 2, apply to the base amount for calculating high-cost medical expenses in the case where the month in which medical care was received is on or after August 2005, and with regard to the base amount for calculating high-cost medical expenses in the case where the month in which medical care was received is up to July of that year, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二条の規定による改正後の健康保険法施行令第四十二条第二項第四号及び船員保険法施行令第十条第二項第四号の規定は、療養のあった月が平成十七年八月以後の場合における高額療養費算定基準額について適用し、療養のあった月が同年七月までの場合における高額療養費算定基準額については、なお従前の例による。
