附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Imperial Ordinance comes into effect from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 79-2, Article 79-3 and Articles 87-2 through 87-4, and, among the provisions of Article 89-2, the part relating to the provisions of Article 79-3 and Article 87-2, come into effect from the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 1, paragraph (2), Article 7, paragraph (2), Article 47, paragraphs (2) and (3), Article 62, paragraph (4) and Article 69-2, and the provisions amending Article 76, of Act No. 74 of 1939.
本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス但シ第七十九条ノ二、第七十九条ノ三及第八十七条ノ二乃至第八十七条ノ四ノ規定並ニ第八十九条ノ二ノ規定中第七十九条ノ三及第八十七条ノ二ノ規定ニ関スル部分ハ昭和十四年法律第七十四号中第一条第二項、第七条第二項、第四十七条第二項第三項、第六十二条第四項及第六十九条ノ二ノ規定並ニ第七十六条ノ改正規定施行ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
