第四十七条（厚生年金保険の被保険者期間等に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 47Transitional Measures Concerning Insured Periods, etc. under Employees' Pension Insurance
A period during which a person was an insured under Mariners Insurance under the former Mariners Insurance Act (including a period deemed under the provisions of other laws and regulations to have been a period during which the person was such an insured, or added to a period during which the person was such an insured) is deemed to be a category I EPI insured period. However, this does not apply to the periods set forth in the following items.
旧船員保険法による船員保険の被保険者であつた期間（他の法令の規定により当該被保険者であつた期間とみなされ、又は当該被保険者であつた期間に加算された期間を含む。）は、第一号厚生年金被保険者期間とみなす。ただし、次の各号に掲げる期間は、この限りでない。
In the case where the person has received payment of a withdrawal allowance under the former Mariners Insurance Act (including a withdrawal allowance under the provisions of Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions of Act No. 182 or Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions of Act No. 105), the period that served as the basis for calculating that withdrawal allowance;
旧船員保険法による脱退手当金（法律第百八十二号附則第十五条又は法律第百五号附則第十九条の規定による脱退手当金を含む。）の支給を受けた場合におけるその脱退手当金の計算の基礎となつた期間
A period during which the person was an insured under Mariners Insurance who was a member of a mutual aid Association under the National Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 135 of the Supplementary Provisions or the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 139 of the Supplementary Provisions; and
附則第百三十五条の規定による改正前の国家公務員等共済組合法又は附則第百三十九条の規定による改正前の地方公務員等共済組合法に基づく共済組合の組合員たる船員保険の被保険者であつた期間
A period during which the person was an insured under Mariners Insurance before becoming an insured under Mariners Insurance who is a member prescribed in the preceding item.
The calculation of the insured period under employees' pension insurance relating to a period before the Effective Date during which a person was a class 3 insured person prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (1), item (v) of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act (including a period deemed under the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act to have been a period during which the person was such a class 3 insured person, or a period for which the provisions concerning that period were to apply mutatis mutandis) is governed by the provisions of Article 19, paragraph (3) and Article 19-2 of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act.
施行日前の旧厚生年金保険法第三条第一項第五号に規定する第三種被保険者であつた期間（同法附則第四条第二項の規定により当該第三種被保険者であつた期間とみなされ、又は当該期間に関する規定を準用することとされた期間を含む。）に係る厚生年金保険の被保険者期間の計算については、旧厚生年金保険法第十九条第三項及び第十九条の二の規定の例による。
Where the insured period under employees' pension insurance is calculated for a period during which a person was an insured under Mariners Insurance under the former Mariners Insurance Act that is deemed under the provisions of paragraph (1) to be a category I EPI insured period, the period obtained by multiplying that period by 4/3 is the insured period under employees' pension insurance.
第一項の規定により第一号厚生年金被保険者期間とみなされた旧船員保険法による船員保険の被保険者であつた期間につき厚生年金保険の被保険者期間を計算する場合には、その期間に三分の四を乗じて得た期間をもつて厚生年金保険の被保険者期間とする。
Where the insured period under employees' pension insurance is calculated for a period before April 1, 1991 during which a person was a class 3 insured person, etc., notwithstanding the provisions of Article 19, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the period obtained by multiplying the period calculated pursuant to those provisions by 6/5 is the insured period under employees' pension insurance.
平成三年四月一日前の第三種被保険者等であつた期間につき厚生年金保険の被保険者期間を計算する場合には、新厚生年金保険法第十九条第一項及び第二項の規定にかかわらず、これらの規定によつて計算した期間に五分の六を乗じて得た期間をもつて厚生年金保険の被保険者期間とする。
被保険者の資格を取得した月にその資格を喪失したときは、その月を一箇月として被保険者期間に算入する。ただし、その月に更に被保険者又は国民年金の被保険者（国民年金法第七条第一項第二号に規定する第二号被保険者を除く。）の資格を取得したときは、この限りでない。
厚生年金保険の被保険者期間等に関する経過措置
旧船員保険法による船員保険の被保険者であつた期間（他の法令の規定により当該被保険者であつた期間とみなされ、又は当該被保険者であつた期間に加算された期間を含む。）は、第一号厚生年金被保険者期間とみなす。ただし、次の各号に掲げる期間は、この限りでない。
