第九百六十七条第一項又は前条第一項の場合において、犯人の収受した利益は、没収する。その全部又は一部を没収することができないときは、その価額を追徴する。
In the cases referred to in Article 967, paragraph (1) or paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, the benefits accepted by the offender are confiscated. When it is not possible to confiscate all or part of the benefits, an equivalent value thereof is collected.
