登録は、三年を下らない政令で定める期間ごとにその更新を受けなければ、その期間の経過によって、その効力を失う。
Unless a registration is renewed at an interval of not less than three years as specified by Cabinet Order, it becomes ineffective by the expiration of the period.
The provisions of the preceding three Articles apply mutatis mutandis to the renewal of a registration referred to in the preceding paragraph.
