第九百三条（特別清算の手続に関する規定の準用）
Article 903Application Mutatis Mutandis of the Provisions on Proceeding of Special Liquidation
前節の規定は、その性質上許されないものを除き、第八百二十二条第一項の規定による日本にある外国会社の財産についての清算について準用する。
The provisions of the preceding Section apply mutatis mutandis to liquidation of a foreign company's property in Japan under the provisions of Article 822, paragraph (1), excluding those that are not applicable by their nature.
