招集者は、第七百十九条第三号に掲げる事項を定めた場合には、第七百二十条第二項の承諾をした社債権者に対する電磁的方法による通知に際して、法務省令で定めるところにより、社債権者に対し、議決権行使書面に記載すべき事項を当該電磁的方法により提供しなければならない。
If the particulars referred set forth in Article 719, item (iii) have been specified, when using electronic or magnetic means to notify bondholders that have given the consent referred to in Article 720, paragraph (2), the convener must use that electronic or magnetic means to provide the bondholders with the information that is required to be detailed in the voting form, pursuant to the provisions of Ministry of Justice Order.
招集者は、第七百十九条第三号に掲げる事項を定めた場合において、第七百二十条第二項の承諾をしていない社債権者から社債権者集会の日の一週間前までに議決権行使書面に記載すべき事項の電磁的方法による提供の請求があったときは、法務省令で定めるところにより、直ちに、当該社債権者に対し、当該事項を電磁的方法により提供しなければならない。
If the matters set forth in Article 719, item (iii) are specified, if there is a request from a bondholder who did not give consent under Article 720, paragraph (2) no later than one week prior to the day of the bondholders meeting to be provided with the information that is required to be detailed in the voting form by electronic or magnetic means, the convener must use electronic or magnetic means to immediately provide the bondholder with that information, pursuant to the provisions of Ministry of Justice Order.
