社債管理者は、次に掲げる者でなければならない。
A bond administrator must be a person set forth as follows:
銀行
a bank;
a trust company; and
前二号に掲げるもののほか、これらに準ずるものとして法務省令で定める者
beyond what is set forth in the preceding two items, a person prescribed by Ministry of Justice Order as a person equivalent to the above.
