第六百七十九条（募集社債の申込み及び割当てに関する特則）
Article 679Special Provisions on Subscription and Allotment of Bonds for Subscription
前二条の規定は、募集社債を引き受けようとする者がその総額の引受けを行う契約を締結する場合には、適用しない。
The provisions of the preceding two Articles do not apply if a person who intends to subscribe for the bonds for subscription executes a contract for the subscription for the total amount of those bonds.
