次に掲げる規定は、清算持分会社については、適用しない。
The provisions set forth below do not apply to liquidating membership company:
第四章第一節
Chapter IV, Section 1;
Article 606, Article 607, paragraph (1) (excluding items (iii) and (iv)) and Article 609;
Chapter V, Section 3 (excluding Article 617, paragraph (4), Article 618 and Article 619) through Section 6 and Section 7, Subsection 2; and
