Article 600Liability for Damages Caused by Acts of Members Who Represent Membership Companies
持分会社は、持分会社を代表する社員その他の代表者がその職務を行うについて第三者に加えた損害を賠償する責任を負う。
A membership company is liable to compensate losses that members who represent the membership company or other representatives caused to third parties in the performance of their duties.
