次の各号に掲げる請求（以下この款において「譲渡等承認請求」という。）は、当該各号に定める事項を明らかにしてしなければならない。
The requests set forth in the following items (hereinafter in this Subsection referred to as "requests for approval of transfer") must be made by disclosing the matters provided for in these items:
第二百六十二条の規定による請求 次に掲げる事項
requests under the provisions of Article 262: the following matters:
当該請求をする新株予約権者が譲り渡そうとする譲渡制限新株予約権の内容及び数
the features and number of share options with restriction on transfer that the share option holders making relevant request intend to transfer to others;
イの譲渡制限新株予約権を譲り受ける者の氏名又は名称
the names of the person accepting the transfer of the share options with restrictions on transfer referred to in (a);
前条第一項の規定による請求 次に掲げる事項
requests under the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article: the following matters:
the features and number of share options with restriction on transfer that the acquirer of share options making relevant request has acquired;
イの新株予約権取得者の氏名又は名称
the name of the acquirer of share options referred to in (a).
