株式会社は、効力発生日の二週間前までに、株主（種類株式発行会社にあっては、前条第二項第三号の種類の種類株主。以下この款において同じ。）及びその登録株式質権者に対し、同項各号に掲げる事項を通知しなければならない。
No later than two weeks prior to the effective day, the stock company must notify the shareholders (or, for a company with class shares , referring to the class shareholders of the classes of shares under paragraph (2), item (iii) of the preceding Article; hereinafter the same applies in this Subsection) and the registered pledgees of the shares thereof of the matters set forth in each item of that paragraph.
前項の規定による通知は、公告をもってこれに代えることができる。
A public notice may be substituted for the notice under the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
