第六十二条（移換に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 62Transitional Measures Concerning Transfer
In the case where an application under the provisions of Article 165, paragraph (1) of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act was made before the Effective Date, the provisions of that Article and Article 165-4 of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act remain in force.
施行日前に改正前厚生年金保険法第百六十五条第一項の規定による申出があった場合においては、同条及び改正前厚生年金保険法第百六十五条の四の規定は、なおその効力を有する。
In the case where an application under the provisions of Article 165-2, paragraph (1) of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act was made before the Effective Date, the provisions of that Article and Article 165-4 of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act remain in force.

In the cases referred to in the preceding three paragraphs, Cabinet Order provides for the necessary replacement of terms and other necessary matters in connection with the application of the provisions of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act that are to remain in force pursuant to those provisions.
前三項の場合において、これらの規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた改正前厚生年金保険法の規定の適用に関し必要な読替えその他必要な事項は、政令で定める。

施行日前に改正前厚生年金保険法第百六十五条第一項の規定による申出があった場合においては、同条及び改正前厚生年金保険法第百六十五条の四の規定は、なおその効力を有する。

略称規定附則第二条第一項
政府は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）から起算して十年を経過する日までに、存続厚生年金基金が解散し又は他の企業年金制度等に移行し、及び存続連合会が解散するよう検討し、速やかに必要な法制上の措置を講ずるものとする。
